One of the most difficult things to do in your healthy living journey is to workout from home.  One of the best things about your healthy living journey that you get to do is workout from home!  Working out at home by yourself requires training your mental muscles.  There are so many distractions at home like the couch, the TV, family, laundry, work, pretty much anything you can think of can interrupt your home workouts.  A great way to formalize your dedicated workout space and time is to join a LIVE workout program from home.  It will become easier to do when you are a part of a community.  It mimics the same camaraderie that you exhibit at a gym or recreation center.  Thanks to the pandemic, the acceptance curve for virtual training was catapulted to generally accepted amongst the healthy living community.  I am a fitness professional who has been motivating people in a number of ways for approaching a decade as of May, 2021.  I taught fitness classes for 8 plus years in Macon Middle Georgia gyms.  When the pandemic hit and gyms closed, I started In The Paint Online Group Fitness Training Program which was a program I had intended to launch 6 months earlier after my book signing for Diets Are Dead.  May. is the official anniversary for our subscription mode.  I am so grateful to all the people who trusted me with their physical training.  Many, Many, Many thanks to all of you.  The entire membership is the STUDENT SPOTLIGHT this month.  I love each and every one of you!  I am going to share with readers a few reasons why they’ll love working out from home as In The Paint members have demonstrated for a year now.  In no particular order…
